Instructions to make Banana bread:
  1. Beurrer votre moule à cake (si celui ci est en silicone, vous n’avez pas besoin de le beurrer).
  2. Préchauffer votre four à 180 degrés.
  3. Éplucher les bananes et écrasez les dans un saladier à l’aide d’une fourchette.
  4. Ajouter le beurre fondu et mélanger.
  5. Ajouter en mélangeant entre chaque ajout, le sucre, les œufs, la vanille, le sel, la levure chimique. - Enfin la farine et mélanger afin d’obtenir un appareil homogène.
  6. Verser la préparation dans votre moule à cake.
  7. Enfourner 50 mn à 180 degrés selon votre four. Vérifier la cuisson à l’aide de la pointe d’un couteau, plantez le au milieu du cake, si la lame ressort sèche c’est que votre banana bread est suffisamment cuit.
  8. Laisser votre banana bread refroidir une dizaine de minutes avant de le démouler.
  9. Démoulez le et le laisser refroidir sur une grille.
  10. Au moment de servir posez le sur un plat de service.
